Free shipping on every order
We offer free, tracked shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates
5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control are not something we can influence, though we'll always help you track an order.

Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. We're hoping to add more regions soon.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track it any time at thedressedco.com/apps/track123.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's dispatched.
